1) Loan Analysis

The first step is helping you decide what loan program is right for you.

2) Document Collection

You send all of the documents required to process your loan to Priority Financial (either through fax or mail).

3) Home Appraisal

The appraiser will call and make an appointment to inspect your property. After it's appraised the report is sent to us. While your appraisal is being processed, our staff gets your title work processed, orders your mortgage payoffs and begins coordinating the final details.

4) Underwriter Review

The underwriter reviews all the documents to make sure that they've been collected.

5) Loan Settlement

Your loan settlement takes place at your convenience.
